The list is not very large with only about 2k rows of data and 15 columns, but using anything to scrape the data like PowerBI or even trying to render the list seems like an eternity (ex. pulling the data up takes about 25 seconds to show up).

After running a few test if the Column Name is kept the same the fields values will not show up. However, renaming the Column name to Field_1, Field_2 shows the values correctly.
