Reverse and the lower gears were especially hard to engage. WebCitroen C1 Hard to shift into 1st gear. It's very stiff to get into first gear, and occasionally reverse, the rest of the gears are OK. It has 80k miles on it, not sure when the clutch was replaced. C1 2007.
