At that point I want to connect the 2.5 to the armoured cable (2.5mm three core armoured).

WebJun 3, 2004 · The earth tail should be the same size as the SWA live conductors I would prefer to use this method rather than connect a short length of T&E as this makes less connections that could become loose later.
